Ex-demo units have spent time in our Sydney showroom, run gently and looked after by people who care about this equipment, and each one is inspected and tested so it looks and performs as it should. Pre-owned and trade-in pieces come to us from fellow enthusiasts upgrading their systems, rigorously bench-tested to be safe and defect-free. Warranty varies by item: many ex-demo units still carry their full manufacturer's warranty, while pre-owned and trade-in pieces are backed by a minimum of a three-month CHT warranty — the exact cover is confirmed on each product, so if you're ever unsure, just ask.
