What if the design isn't right?
Your package includes a final review call, and we work with you until the design suits your room and goals.
Do I have to build with CHT?
No. The design is yours to keep and hand to any builder or installer. Many clients build with their own trades, the pack is written for exactly that.
What if I don't have floorplans?
That's fine. Send your room dimensions and a few photos, and our team helps fill the gaps during your intake and consultation.
How long does it take?
Around two weeks from when you complete your project intake, depending on complexity and how quickly we can confirm details.
Does this include the equipment or installation?
No, this is the design and engineering deliverable. If you'd like us to supply and install, that's a separate build quote (and your design is already done).
Can I start lower and upgrade?
Talk to us. If you buy a lower level and later want deeper engineering, we can help you move up.
