Most orders dispatch within 1–2 business days, shipping either from our Alexandria warehouse or directly from the supplier, depending on the product. Delivery is usually 2–7 business days.
Large or heavy items (floorstanders, subwoofers, racks) ship by dedicated freight. You'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your order and see its expected delivery date.
Local pickup can be arranged from our Alexandria showroom. Please get in touch first so we can have your order ready. Remote-area delivery may take a little longer.

The Record Puck E ensures a secure and stable fit between your record and the turntable platter. Available in two elegant finishes — black painted and polished silver — it’s designed to complement the look of any Pro-Ject turntable.
By using mass to press the vinyl against the platter, the Record Puck E helps improve sound performance, particularly in timing and depth. With a weight of 190 grams, it’s ideal for smaller turntables, preventing excessive strain on the bearing and avoiding added rumble.
